Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex technical projects related to GTM business applications, ensuring timely completion within scope and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to integrate GTM technology initiatives seamlessly
Create project documentation, facilitate communication among teams, and track performance against commitments to meet project timelines and objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with expertise in managing projects related to Salesforce Sales, Experience, and Revenue Cloud preferred
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
Change management expertise in guiding end-users through technology transitions
Proficiency in project management tools, SDLC, Agile, and Jira
