A company is looking for a Group Product Manager, Director Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic roadmap planning and maintain alignment across teams
Lead a team of product managers and identify opportunities to improve member wellbeing
Redefine and implement Rewards and Redemption strategy to support member health outcomes
Required Qualifications:
6+ years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management with 3 years as a Lead Product Manager
Experience in digital wellbeing, health, or healthcare products preferred
Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and SaaS software
Preferably a user-centered, data-driven approach in product-led organizations
