Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and leadership for Data Conversion team
Lead team to continuously improve processes and build team strength
Innovate, automate, and improve project and implementation processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
8+ years relevant experience
2+ years management responsibility
Strong technical background, including experience with MS SQL Server and relational databases
Experience with data conversion and software implementation projects
