A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering and Data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand the software engineering team, establish best practices, and oversee system architecture
Develop data strategy, oversee data capabilities, and engage with business units to drive solutions
Define technology strategy, collaborate with departments, manage relationships, and report to executive leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, data, architecture, and system integration, with 5 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of full-stack technologies, data platforms, big data technologies, and architectural patterns
Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies and manage high-performance teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, data governance standards, and industry best practices
