A company is looking for a Senior Ethics and Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with compliance program operations, including drafting policies, managing communications, and overseeing compliance exit interviews
Support the Ethics and Compliance Senior Leadership Committee by preparing reports and providing overall assistance
Perform other assigned duties by senior management related to ethics and compliance program operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with five years of relevant experience
One or more certifications such as CPC, RHIA, or CHC
Experience in compliance, legal, human resources, training, or related fields
Willingness to learn and earn the CHC credential within twelve months if not already certified
Proficiency in areas such as HIPAA Privacy, conducting investigations, and auditing
