Key Responsibilities:
Translate customer problems and needs into DevOps strategies
Support new and existing customers by implementing solutions, providing support, and streamlining processes
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve products
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience with AWS foundations, including networking and security best practices
Demonstrated expertise in Terraform, including authoring modules and operational experience
Passion for DevOps best practices and continuous learning in AWS and related technologies
Proficiency in writing documentation and coding for quick fixes
