Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing credit strategies based on analytics
Owning the full lifecycle of credit policy changes
Monitoring consumer loan performance to innovate and improve credit policy
Required Qualifications:
Mid Career (5-10 Years)
Prior experience in credit strategy at a consumer fintech or bank
Experience in managing overdraft lines for digital bank demand deposit accounts and short-term cash advance products
Act-like-an-owner mentality
Be a thought leader and inspire others in thought leadership
