A company is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst for Sales Development
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to analyze key sales performance metrics and develop actionable insights
Create and maintain sales dashboards for data-driven decision making
Analyze sales trends, identify process optimizations, and provide regular reports to drive sales growth
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years experience in sales operations, business analytics, or similar role
Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, targets setting process, and creation of sales dashboards
Proven experience in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and CRM systems
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Preferred qualifications include prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company or in the payments industry
