Human Resources Specialist

A company is looking for a Human Resources Service Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first line contact for HR inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
Provide end-user support for HR systems and data entry
Maintain personnel files, update HRIS system, and ensure compliance with data security standards

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
2-4 years of experience in a general HR admin role with a medium to large organization
Familiarity with HR policies, processes, and benefit plans
Working knowledge of HRIS software such as PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
