A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a remote-first engineering team to deliver high-quality software in small iterations
Collaborate with other engineering managers to drive innovation in processes and strategies
Facilitate hiring and onboarding of engineers and maintain communication with the leadership team
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Strong emphasis on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Experience in public cloud environments like AWS
Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop a globally-distributed engineering team
Experience in incident management and operational excellence best practices
