Key Responsibilities:
Guide beneficiaries in selecting health insurance coverage over the phone
Navigate between multiple systems and provide customer-centric service
Answer calls during specified high-volume hours and handle inbound leads
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three active Health licenses, with the ability to obtain more
Current AHIP certification and E&O insurance
Ability to be appointed with carriers by a specific date
Windows-based PC, wired headset, and internet connection with specific speeds
Undergo basic training and pass extensive background checks
