A company is looking for a Professional Services Consulting Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the activities of the Software Consultants
Lead, evolve, and improve the training and performance of the Professional Services team and Viewpoint Services Partners
Coordinate and refine the onboarding of new subcontractors, including operations orientation and training
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science, MBA or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of functional/technical Enterprise software implementation and project management experience
Working knowledge of Enterprise Software project methodologies, management tools, and techniques
Leadership and employee relations skills, leading teams and developing new employees within a business
Ability to effectively plan, assign, prioritize, and oversee the work of others while promoting and contributing to a team environment
