Key Responsibilities
Conduct Medication Adherence Consultation services through phone interactions
Perform data entry related to adherence barriers and member information
Maintain performance standards and serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Active Pharmacy Technician Licensure (RPhT) in the state of employment
1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Secure and private workspace with high-speed internet access
Ability to protect HIPAA confidentiality of members
