Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective selling techniques.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and exceed individual sales targets.
- Store Operations
- Adhere to stock loss control procedures and cash handling standards.
- Maintain store housekeeping and merchandising in line with brand standards.
- Brand Experience
- Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for every customer.
- Stay informed about the latest clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle offerings.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or Equivalent Qualification
- 6 months of retail experience (preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail)
- Clear criminal record
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Product knowledge of outdoor or lifestyle retail is an added advantage
