Sasol is offering four (4) Learnership opportunities for aspiring Chemical Plant Operators within the Natref Operations. This 36-month fixed-term programme combines structured institutional learning with practical on-the-job training.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have a completed National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent with passes in:

• Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
• English or Business English
• Technical Science or Physical Science

• Participate fully in the Learnership programme
• Successfully complete all assessments and training modules
• Engage in structured institutional learning
• Complete practical workplace training requirements
• Participate in workplace readiness activities and exercises
• Comply with all safety, health, and operational standards
