Cotton On Cavendish Square is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. Born in Australia and loved around the world, Cotton On is all about inspiring self-expression, creativity and making a positive difference.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador who creates memorable shopping experiences while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Create and deliver exceptional customer experiences
-Act as a brand ambassador and represent Cotton On values
-Maintain store presentation through replenishment and merchandising
-Support the Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives
-Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets
-Drive results while ensuring customers feel seen, heard and valued
Minimum Requirements
- Passion for retail and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

- Strong customer focus
- Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic, optimistic and proactive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and drive performance
