Overview
The FIX in Randburg is looking for a fashion-forward and energetic Sales Associate (40hr) to join the team. If you are passionate about style, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this opportunity is for you.
As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent The FIX brand and deliver amazing customer experiences
- Identify customer needs and provide the best possible product solutions
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving and exceeding targets
- Sell a diverse fashion product range
- Stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
- Identify opportunities to drive additional sales
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is always customer-ready
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)

- Passionate about people and fashion

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Strong customer service and selling skills
