Account Coordinator

A company is looking for an Account Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a subject matter expert in all products offered to clients and ensure customer needs are met
Maintain accurate client records and support Account Managers with contract renewal process
Collaborate with management on strategies for renewing accounts and provide market information for decision-making

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
Experience in onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
Knowledge of regulatory changes and impacts to clients
Any relevant certifications or training in the healthcare industry
