A company is looking for an Account Resolution Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze delinquent accounts for resolution
Contact clients to negotiate repayment plans
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in account resolution or collections
Strong understanding of financial products and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
