A company is looking for an AVP of Financial Aid Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the QA team, monitor controls, and ensure compliance of financial aid programs
Oversee management of reports, audits, risk assessments, and internal controls related to financial aid
Generate compliance reports, participate in committees, and maintain knowledge of regulatory changes
Required Qualifications:
Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree with relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience in financial aid compliance and leadership roles
Current knowledge of financial aid programs and regulations
Experience with data processing systems and automated records maintenance
Proficiency in financial aid data systems and software tools
