A company is looking for a Backend Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, deploy, and monitor backend services using Rust, Nomad, and PostgreSQL
Collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable solutions and resolve internal customer issues
Develop expertise in specific areas of the codebase and explore new technologies
Required Qualifications:
Proven industry experience in backend service development, API design, and relational databases
Experience optimizing database performance through schema design, query optimization, and indexing
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and translate requirements into tasks
Experience balancing short-term deliverables with long-term efficiency and performance investments
Preferred experience with Rust, high transaction services, frontend technologies, and AI-driven applications
