A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to play a crucial role in enforcing contract warranties, creating invoices, and processing B2B invoices for various commercial relationships, ensuring the financial success of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily invoicing of the company’s customer portfolio, reviewing over 50,000 records daily
Act as an information resource for internal and external customers, resolving inquiries concerning billing processes and documentation
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of customer account reconciliations and review billing processes for efficiency, recommending changes as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years billing experience
Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Working knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce, and intermediate Excel knowledge, including V-Lookups, Macros, and If statements
Oracle experience is strongly preferred
