A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer leads to gather requirements, configure product platform, and ensure successful client project implementations
Demonstrate technical skills to implement solutions, troubleshoot customer issues, and test effective solutions for clients
Partner with Optimization Services and Product teams to drive product and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others, including customer-facing interactions
Knowledge of Kyruus Health products and processes, with a willingness to think creatively about process improvement
