Required Qualifications
15+ years of credit expertise from diverse lending backgrounds, including non-prime segments
Demonstrable understanding of credit operations across the credit lifecycle
Exceptional analytical skills for experimentation and strategic direction
Ability to influence change and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Experience representing management with the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies
