A company is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2-4 clients, ensuring best practices are implemented
Provide backup client coverage and handle problem resolution
Participate in client calls, meetings, and service reviews
Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in Retirement Plans
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred
