A company is looking for a Clinical Practice Performance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert for Critical Incident Reporting to the state
Consult and collaborate with UHC matrix partners to identify challenges hindering member quality outcomes
Support development, deployment, and monitoring of State mandated performance improvement projects
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment
3+ years of experience with quality improvement initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Direct contact with members at events twice a year
