A company is looking for a Collateral Valuation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze residential real estate appraisals for compliance with standards and guidelines
Provide appraisal expertise in various appraisal review scenarios
Maintain knowledge of valuation guidelines and industry practices
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience in the mortgage industry
Extensive knowledge of appraisal practices and regulations
Strong working knowledge of USPAP and FIRREA
Ability to work independently
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
