Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines
Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and provide actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
2+ years of experience in immigration law with a focus on writing-intensive case types
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team
Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat
