A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the preparation of standalone financial statements for U.S. and foreign subsidiaries
Oversee annual audits for subsidiaries, collaborating with external auditors and Accounting Operations
Research and conclude on complex technical accounting matters, advising stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA License
Public accounting experience
Experience with U.K. GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus
Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, is preferred
