A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and execute customer success plans

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management within the software industry
Experience leading customer success teams
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology
Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus
