Customer Success Associate

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer accounts, tracking success metrics, and advocating for client needs
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of customer-facing experience supporting customer accounts and needs
Ability to read, understand, and negotiate contract terms
Experience with project management and Salesforce/Zendesk preferred
Experience with LMS or Associations a bonus
Demonstrated ability to learn and use varied software with a strong technical aptitude
