A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for US DOD, Air Force
Key Responsibilities:
Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes within assigned portfolio
Collaborate with Client Engagement Executives to develop strategies for portfolio growth
Design and implement programs integrating First Alert into customer workflows
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5-8 years of customer success/account management experience or military support experience
Experience supporting the public sector, specifically US Department of Defense
Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations
Ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences
