Delphi DLL Crashing During HTTP Calls

I have a DLL written in Delphi 10.2 that is utilizing Indy components for making HTTP calls. Unfortunately, the DLL crashes during runtime specifically when making HTTP calls. I get the following error:… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Delphi, OpenSSL)
