A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and execution of variable compensation plans for sales representatives and installation workers
Advise leadership on commission plans and ensure accurate and timely payments
Analyze incentive compensation performance, track individual and team targets, and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, business intelligence, finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
Solar industry experience is a plus
Working knowledge of SQL or other programming language
