A leading US neobank is seeking a Director of Product, Data & Decision Science to lead their strategy on data collection, storage, and transformation to drive credit risk and collections decisions, and support customer communication and experience use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and lead the execution of the roadmap across three product squads focusing on financial data, underwriting, and settlement/collections
Manage product performance metrics around consumer data, business metrics, and cost metrics
Design and run A/B tests to enhance product offerings and discover new data sources for better decision-making
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in Fintech or risk management
4+ years of experience leading teams
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to differentiate between noise and signals
Experience in navigating through ambiguity and bringing clarity to the team
