A company is looking for a Director of Global Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and target setting
Establish and optimize key performance metrics to evaluate sales efforts and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to synchronize sales efforts with new capabilities and features
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in online sales operations, revenue operation, or pricing and yield management
Proven track record of scaling a sales operations function for a fast-growing team
Experience in establishing sales targets and administering sales incentive plans
Deep knowledge of the ad industry and ad technology ecosystem
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
