A company is looking for an Email Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an email marketing expert to drive results for clients’ multi-channel strategy
Analyze and monitor program KPIs and health metrics to advise on program improvement
Resolve technical blockers and escalate incidents impacting client success

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of account management experience, ideally at ESPs
Strong product vision and knowledge of the email ecosystem
Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, and webhooks
