An organization is seeking an Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Head of Engineering
Conduct one-on-ones with direct reports to discuss and align on goals
Lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of software developers
Prior experience as a senior software engineer before transitioning to an engineering management role
Proficiency in reviewing Python/Django and TypeScript code, making technical decisions, and conducting thorough code reviews
Deep understanding of modern web development technologies and frameworks
Passion for driving continual improvement within Engineering teams and promoting professional growth
