Executive Assistant Remote Europe

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal team with note-taking, scheduling, action items, agenda and deck creation
Be a trusted communication funnel: ensuring information is relayed cross-functionally to appropriate teams
Work closely with Chief of Staff on high priority functions including cross-company scheduling, offsite planning, OKR tracking, updating important docs, cross-team project management

Required Qualifications:

Minimum five years of EA experience required
Efficient calendar management for team members while working within the existing EA Team
Prior experience working for a remote, fast-paced start-up across several time zones
A can-do attitude, no task is too great or too small, you’ll figure out the best solution possible
Being ready to jump in across the organization with a willingness to help and support the team on any type of project
