A company is looking for a Funding Specialist for a 6+ month contract with benefits in Pittsburgh, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with loan origination team, closing agents, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing experience
Review signed closing documents, request wire transfers, and follow up for post-closing documents
Propose improvements to the closing process for efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 3-5 years of document drawing or funding experience
Experience in escrow officer or insurance agent roles is a plus
Strong time management skills and self-starter mentality
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with rapid changes
Proficiency in technology skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and willingness to learn new technology
