Key Responsibilities
Oversee a global team managing distributed monitoring tools and ensure their lifecycle and availability
Design and implement integrated monitoring solutions and adopt AI/ML for proactive incident prevention
Evaluate and enhance monitoring tools and processes, establishing strong vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing infrastructure technology and operations
10+ years of experience with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL reference models
Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services
