A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager in Post-Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver post-sales onboarding curriculum and ongoing training programs for Customer Success and Account Management teams
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive learning curriculum and processes focused on customer satisfaction and growth
Measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously enhance training to address challenges
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, CS/CX Enablement, or equivalent roles
Experience with sales methodologies and qualification criteria
Expertise in GTM enablement tech including Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Knowledge Management Systems
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements
