A company is looking for a Head of Tech Ops & CMC.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology development and scale-up across delivery technologies and RNA modalities
Define and execute CMC strategies to support IND filings and clinical trials
Establish quality systems, analytical characterization, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing strategy, process development, and CMC management
Strong background in technology development and scale-up across RNA modalities
Expertise in establishing quality systems, analytical characterization, and regulatory compliance
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams and developing effective partnerships
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes and compliance
