A company is looking for an Incident Response Analyst for the 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to priority incidents in various environments
Manage and troubleshoot backup processes and failures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Avamar Backup and Restore processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Server products
Familiarity with IT Service Management terms and processes
Experience with support of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (i.e. VxRail) desired
Experience with Incident Management Tools such as ServiceNow
