A company is looking for an IT Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
Support and maintain critical SaaS tools and troubleshoot hardware
Collaborate to provision laptops for new hire onboarding and training
Required Qualifications:
Experience in IT Engineering for a technology company with at least 500-1000 employees
Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, or similar cloud providers
Prior demonstrated success supporting Apple systems and software
Working knowledge of script execution and troubleshooting
Previous experience with mobile device management tools
