A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate inbound service desk requests
Manage accounts and access lifecycle, asset and license management, and internal knowledge base maintenance
Utilize and monitor automation workflows and tooling effectively
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of IT support and service delivery experience
Experience with asset management, procurement, and SaaS administration
Mac OS expertise, MDM experience, and managing SaaS apps
Awareness of no-code automation platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
