Hire Resolve’s client in the fashion industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Retail Store Manager in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities in the store, ensuring effective workflows and optimal performance levels.  
  • Maintain stock levels by keeping a close watch on merchandise and supplies.  
  • Create and execute plans to achieve the store’s financial and operational goals.  
  • Lead and inspire staff members to foster a positive and productive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of successful sales performance.
  • Energetic and highly motivated.
  • Reliable and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Possesses strong moral principles, sound judgment, and sharp thinking skills.
  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile, setting an example for others.
  • Able to think strategically and follow established procedures.
