Overview

We are currently recruiting Team Members to join our restaurant team across multiple locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

As a Team Member, you will support both kitchen and front-of-house operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate order preparation, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Duties

• Cook products quickly and accurately using kitchen equipment
• Prepare and cut ingredients according to order instructions
• Ensure all orders are correct and properly packaged
• Follow food preparation charts and quality standards
• Store food correctly to maintain freshness
• Keep kitchen and cooking areas clean and safe
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures

Front of House Duties

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
• Suggest promotions and menu items when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally

Team Support

• Work efficiently during busy periods
• Support team members where needed
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience in Front of House, Back of House, Cashier, Cook, Griller, or similar role
• Must reside within 15km of the job location
• Clear criminal record
• South African candidates preferred
• Age preference: 25–40 years (not mandatory)
