Key Responsibilities

Provide overall support to the department, ensuring timely completion of client inquiries and product lines
Act as a team advisor, answering departmental questions and assisting with training to improve procedures
Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved and escalated as necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience supervising in a legal office
Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
