A company is looking for a Leave Administrator for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sensitive and confidential employee issues regarding Leaves of Absence and Accommodations
Consult and advise staff on human resource processes, EEOC standards, and leave and accommodation laws
Maintain knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements affecting HR practices and process leave documents accordingly
Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in Leaves of Absence or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience with AbsenceTracker and Workday is a plus
Media experience is a plus
